"If it's so good, how come it's
not being used by everyone?"
The Synergy System uses conventional materials and equipment in an unconventional
way. Property owners and others involved in a building project may be distracted
by this.
"How can I be sure my building won't be your first
failure?"
ESI has never yet failed to deliver. Historical data, going back 25 years,
is available on every Synergy System building that has been done by ESI to
verify our claims.
Beyond a mere "you can not lose" proposition.
ESI has tackled the problems described above by introducing one of the building
industry's most dramatic guarantees.
In the preliminary design phase of a building, ESI calculates the maximum
annual evergy use of the HVAC system if the building incorporates the Synergy
System. Then ESI absolutely guarantees that level of performance in
the completed building. The HVAC system is seperately metered giving the
owner a direct measure of the system's performance. This is measured data
not iffy computer analysis. Not only can you not lose, you can not fail to
make significant savings.
The results
At the time of writing, since 1980, ESI has exceeded it's energy expectations
on only 3 buildings. These excesses have resulted in warranty payments totaling
less than $1,000. These have all been in the last 5 years on buildings having
energy use projections far below that obtained by nationally recognized energy
efficiency award winning buildings.
